    Dear all,

I am considering sailing my boat to the Baltic spring / summer 2026 and then leaving her, (Nauticat 331, 11m) somewhere over-winter 26/27 to continue in 2027.

What should I consider please?  e.g. EU country or non-eu country, best marinas, cheapest costs, easy air travel, English spoken, storage inside necessary, etc etc

    Thank you very much,

    Mark

Hi Mark we have kept our 33 in the Baltic for 9 years. She has the masts down and goes into a heated hall for the winter (actually September to May) for the first 5 years we were near Turku in Finland at a yard called S Marin.
For the past 3 winters we have been at Swedeport marine. Which is at Nävekvarn in Sweden. They have been great and would thoroughly recommend them. They speak good English and the area is great for sailing in a Nauticat. The cost we have found is comparable to keeping her outdoors in the uk. If you want any other info I will email you so you can contact us.
